Week 1 over

Well I weighed in this morning and have put on a pound!!!! But my measurements have improved slightly. Half an inch here and there, but hardly impressive. Hopefully next week  will show better results. At least I feel fitter and slimmer so will continue with the routine. I ran a bit further this morning and my legs don’t ache so much. so this is good news.


  1. Thought you might like this. It’s a great ready about one woman’s journey. Shows some great pics of her body each time around the same weight but looking extremely different based on her muscle weight v fat weight.
    Thought it was great for inspiring us to stick with exercise even if the scale doesn’t appear to be moving.

  2. If your measurements have improved or stayed the same and you have put on weight then dont worry! If you are smaller (or the same measurements) but weigh more then you have put on muscle. Muscle is great if you are trying to lose weight because at rest, muscle burns more energy than fat. I wouldn’t worry too much about your weight at this stage. Just get your nutrition and exercise sorted out and the rest will take care of itself. Keep up the great work!
