Day out

Off to brighton for the day. We do this about once a week and have a few wines and lunch out. Have found aa fantastic Vietnamese restaurant so will eat there again today. Lovely big soupy dishes with lots veges and noodles in. No idea about the calorie count but never mind, it’s only once a week! No time for more this morning.


  1. Actually, Pho is surprisingly healthy! Only about 550 calories for a big bowl (the beef one). One of my favorite dishes when I was doing Weight Watchers was Bun Thit Nuong – Beef & Noodle bowl. It was only 9 points, and low in fat, which is was a perfect lunch. 🙂
